A global index of labs and dietary mechanisms
Your Labs, Your Diet, Your Plan.
The Lab Atlas reads the international research on the mechanics of blood measurement, and on the nutrients and lifestyle choices that move each marker. 545,568 studies, indexed by mechanism and relationship. Growing every day.
We start from the cell: what it needs, and what it is carrying too much of. The standard range is shown for what it is, a reference with a history, never the headline.
Opening to everyone soon. The sneak peek is live.
What is The Lab Atlas?
The Lab Atlas is a tool that reads your lab results against the research. Type or import the values from any panel, and each marker is read against the optimal band first, with the conventional range shown beside it as a labelled reference. For every marker it shows the nutrients, foods and practices that move it, by mechanism, with the studies underneath, then builds days of eating for your own pattern: omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, carnivore, Mediterranean, keto and more. It is for anyone who runs their own labs and wants to read them. The sample panel, the Diet Builder and the Library are open now, free, with no account needed. The full tool opens to everyone soon.
My Panel
Your markers against the optimal band, with the conventional range shown as what it is: a reference with a history.
See a sample panel. Your own numbers after you join.

Your pattern, your plan. Days of eating from the food-nutrient matrix, easy recipes, the shopping list.
Try it now. Your own plan, saved, after you join.
Try the Diet BuilderThe drill-down
Every number opens the studies it stands on, in the index. Not our word, the record.
The Library is open to read. Your own numbers after you join.
Open the LibraryEat for ___
No labs yet? Start from what is wrong.
Pick what you feel. The Diet Builder opens with the markers the Library's symptom lines point to already flagged, so the plan leads with the foods behind them. A symptom is a question, not a diagnosis.
How it works
- 01
Enter your labs
Type or import the values from any panel. Each marker is read against the optimal band first, with the conventional range shown beside it as a labelled reference and where it came from.
- 02
See what moves it
For every marker: the nutrients, foods and practices that move it, by mechanism, with the studies underneath. The same marker, an honest different answer for an omnivore, a vegan, a carnivore, a Mediterranean eater.
- 03
Build the plan
Pick your pattern. The Diet Builder composes days of eating from the food-nutrient matrix, with easy recipes and the shopping list, and the ingredient brief for anything food alone will not cover.
- 04
Re-test, and watch it change
Trend across re-tests. The library grows every week, the optimal bands are re-verified, and your yearly renewal keeps the tool and the living library open to you.
Questions people ask about The Lab Atlas
- What is The Lab Atlas?
- The Lab Atlas is a tool that reads your labs against the international research on the mechanics of blood measurement, and on the nutrients and lifestyle choices that move each marker. Enter your values, see each marker read against the optimal band with the studies underneath, and build a plan for the way you eat. It is powered by CellWell, a global index of mechanisms and relationships: more than 500,000 studies. Measurement, not diagnosis: it does not diagnose, treat, or replace your clinician.
- Does The Lab Atlas tell me what to eat?
- Yes, for your own pattern. For every marker it shows the nutrients, foods and practices that move it, by mechanism. The Diet Builder then composes days of eating from the food-nutrient matrix, with easy recipes and the shopping list, and an ingredient brief for anything food alone will not cover. The same marker gets an honest, different answer for an omnivore, a vegan, a carnivore or a Mediterranean eater.
- Which lab markers does The Lab Atlas read?
- Type or import the values from any panel. Each marker is read against the optimal band first, with the conventional range shown beside it as a labelled reference and where it came from. The sample panel shows a full panel read this way, and the get-measured page names the markers each direct-access order covers and what it still misses.
- Do I need a doctor's order to use The Lab Atlas?
- No. You can enter the values from any panel you already have. If you want new labs, a direct-access order is a lab test without a visit: the provider supplies the order, you are drawn at a Labcorp or Quest patient centre or collect at home, and the results go to you. State law limits direct-access testing in some states. The Lab Atlas never sees a result unless you enter it yourself.
- Is my lab data private?
- Your lab values stay on your device. They are never uploaded to The Lab Atlas. Lock your record and the values are sealed on your device with AES-GCM, under a key only you hold. You get a recovery code once, and we never keep it. Lose both the passphrase and the code, and the record is gone. Nobody can open it, including us.
- Can I share my results with my doctor or coach?
- Yes. Your labs live in your own vault. Share your results with your doctor or coach by a link you can switch off any time, and track your progress re-test by re-test. When you end a share, what you shared is no longer open at that link.
- Does it work with keto, vegetarian, Ayurvedic or Traditional Chinese medicine eating?
- Yes. The same marker gets an honest answer for each style: omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, carnivore, Mediterranean, keto, pescatarian, Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese medicine food therapy, Okinawan. The style you eat by is your preference, and it stays yours. Your pattern does not change what a marker needs; only the foods that meet it change. The goal is always the full nutrient profile on the plate, whichever way you eat.
- When does The Lab Atlas open?
- Opening to everyone soon. The sneak peek is live now: the sample panel, the Diet Builder and the Library are open with no account needed. Join the waitlist and you get one email the day it opens, nothing else. The Individual and Family plans open first; the Practitioner plan is coming soon, once the practitioner terms are reviewed.
